Yaa I am sure . As I registered dev4u.co.cc and ecat.co.cc 1year back. Suddenly when I visit my own page it ask to renew. when I logged in to renew It ask to pay by pay pal or by credit card. So I lost all my page rank, active visitors everything by not paying. Why not to by a TLD at just $10/year!
