Posting category/postname is becoming my new preferred method. A lot of people, myself included, used to just do /postname for their url structure, but I think thats a bit outdated these days. I actually read another blog post about it, saying pretty much the same thing. /category/postname all the way!

Yes right, Change permalink to search engine friendly is a must to get traffic from search engine. I used to use this only /%postname%/ too.
I can provide evidence on the web who speak English, with the change Permalink, traffic increasing on the blog.
